Justin Sun Sues WLFI for Rights Protection, Remains Optimistic About U.S. Tech and Crypto Policies
Justin Sun recently discussed his lawsuit against the Trump family's crypto project WLFI during a conversation with Jin Ming, stating that he still supports Trump's cryptocurrency policies and AI strategies, which he believes are very successful. Suing WLFI is a normal action for a commercial investor to protect their rights, due to the project's lack of transparency in investment and insufficient information disclosure, even suggesting fraud. The case has been submitted to the federal court in California and will be decided by a federal judge, in accordance with the operation of the U.S. legal system. Sun further clarified that the lawsuit will not affect his judgment on the macro trends in the U.S., and he continues to heavily invest in U.S. tech stocks, optimistic about TRX's approval for a U.S. spot ETF, the on-chain operations of U.S. stock businesses, and expectations for a strong dollar and AI industry. He believes that public opinion has exaggerated the impact of the lawsuit, calling it merely a "business-related" lawsuit. Even though the agreement may involve amounts between $400 million to $500 million, it does not constitute a significant impact on his overall asset portfolio. Sun also stated that he approaches investments with the patience of an old hunter, with significant decisions involving single investments of at least $4 billion to $5 billion or more.
