Solana Foundation Hosts First Capital Markets Summit in Shanghai
On October 17, Lily Liu, the chair of the Solana Foundation, announced that the first Capital Markets Summit was held on Thursday in Shanghai, China, gathering hundreds of asset allocators and builders from China and around the world to discuss innovative capital formation. Lily Liu pointed out that the market capitalization of domestic listed companies in China is only 1/6 of that of similarly profitable companies in New York, with over 50,000 small and medium-sized enterprises waiting for IPO opportunities. Shanghai Yaokun Qiuxin Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was registered in August with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, and Shanghai Solana Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. holds 45% of its shares. Jiang Yiwen, co-head of the Solana Foundation in China, serves as the chairman of Yaokun Qiuxin, while Du Yanqing is a director. Yaokun Qiuxin mainly provides technical services, technology development, and information system integration services. It is important to note that "Solana" is a name chosen by a sole proprietorship, and there is currently no equity evidence to prove that these two companies are affiliated with the Solana Foundation.
