Renzo Protocol Renamed to Renzo Finance, Launches On-Chain Yield Product Renzo Basis
The re-staking protocol Renzo Protocol has been renamed to Renzo Finance and has expanded into the field of on-chain structured yield products. The first product, Renzo Basis, has launched on Hyperliquid, automating the execution of basis trading strategies, allowing users to earn returns through funding rates. Renzo Basis initially supports BTC and HYPE, with plans to support all assets on Hyperliquid that have both spot and perpetual markets. Renzo's founder, Lucas Kozinski, stated that the product is fully on-chain, self-custodied, and customizable, enabling users to choose their own assets and risk parameters. Renzo also plans to expand to Lighter on Robinhood, launching on-chain stock perpetual basis trading, and is exploring other structured products such as automatic redemption and growth notes.
