Hong Kong Adds Solana ETF with Code 2831
Starting from October 13, 2026, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will incorporate a new exchange-traded fund (ETF) based on the cryptocurrency Solana (SOL), issued by Pando Finance. This financial product will operate under the name Pando Solana ETF and will be listed with the stock code 2831. The formal admission was carried out by Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC). The fund's shares will be admitted in the CCASS as an eligible security. Transactions will be conducted in Hong Kong dollars, with a standard lot of 100 shares. Trades will follow the T+2 model, where settlement is completed two business days after the order. All shares will be issued in dematerialized form, without physical deposit services. The securities will be registered in the name of HKSCC Nominees Limited. This launch expands the offering initiated by ChinaAMC in October 2025, when it received approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to launch the first Solana ETF in Asia.
