Hanwha Investment & Securities is collaborating with Chainlink to establish a tokenization and global distribution platform for real-world assets (RWA). According to Chainlink on the 30th, the two companies have entered into a strategic partnership to expand the global RWA tokenization market. Hanwha Investment & Securities will integrate Chainlink's data standards and Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) into its platform infrastructure. Chainlink will provide price and net asset value (NAV) data for the tokenized assets issued by Hanwha Investment & Securities, while CCIP will facilitate the movement of assets and liquidity across various blockchains. This will enable Hanwha Investment & Securities to issue tokens on suitable blockchains and access global investors and liquidity. Currently, Hanwha Investment & Securities is discussing tokenization and distribution strategies for RWA products with global asset management firms. The two companies plan to jointly establish on-chain financial utilization methods that meet regulatory compliance and custody requirements, as well as criteria for utilizing RWA as collateral. Chainlink will provide technical support and opportunities for new solutions, and plans to assist in expanding the participation of institutions in the platform.
