CoreWeave Founders Sell $3.3 Billion in Stock
AI cloud computing company CoreWeave's three co-founders have sold a total of $3.3 billion worth of company stock since its IPO in March 2025. As credit risks rise and investor concerns about AI spending increase, CoreWeave's stock price has become more volatile, drawing attention to the founders' ongoing sell-off. The three co-founders are Michael Intrator, Brian Venturo, and Brannin McBee. After its listing, CoreWeave's stock price surged by 359% at one point compared to the offering price, reaching a peak about three months post-IPO, which boosted Intrator's personal net worth to $11.8 billion, placing all three among the top 500 on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. CoreWeave's stock closed down 11.91% this Friday. On October 15, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated that CoreWeave's financial situation is improving and believes there is no need for NVIDIA to provide financial guarantees for CoreWeave.

Thursday’s tech and AI-chain decline pulled BTC below $76,000, moving the market from earnings trades into a second-wave volatility window.
